PENN STATE-MICHIGAN GAME NOTES
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – No. 2 Penn State begins the second half of its regular season by hosting No. 19/15 Michigan in primetime in its annual Penn State White Out game, with the telecast starting on ABC at 7:30 p.m.
Penn State is also hosting ESPN’s College GameDay, as the popular pregame show will visit campus for the first time since 2009, broadcasting live from 9 a.m. to noon.
The Nittany Lions enter the game after a bye weekend and boasts their highest AP poll ranking since 1999. Michigan is playing its second road game in as many weeks after defeating Indiana in overtime last Saturday.
Michigan held the upper-hand against Penn State last season in Ann Arbor, but the Nittany Lions have won their last 14 regular season games and their last 12 games against Big Ten opponents since.
